The Typelings Talk - III

Wow, what a week, eh! Today we're introducing you to the next two Typelings. As of right now there  are only two more after this... but apparently we're popular, so we may get to meet more as the blog grows!

Today, we have a couple of legendary figures: Rogue and Ozz.

Rogue

1. What is your favorite thing to do besides read or write?

I like to stare at my bookcases. If I'm not doing that, I'm probably watching Doctor Who. Or Robin Hood. Or Peter Pan. Or LotR. Or Harry Potter. Occasionally I sleep.

2. What is your favorite genre of literature, if you have one?

I mostly like fantasy and horror books, but I will read pretty much anything. Sci-fi, mystery/thriller, general fiction, just as long as it's good! My favorite authors are Tolkien and Rowling (of course), along with Dean Koontz, Rick Riordan, Charles Dickens, and a lot more I could probably think of if I wasn't so tired.

3. Do you have a favorite book or series of books? If so what?

Where to start? I love the usual favorites, Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, and the like. I also love Dean Koontz's Odd Thomas series, anything to do with Peter Pan or Robin Hood or Spider-Man, and pretty much anything Rick Riordan has put out.

4. Which do you prefer, reading or writing?

I like to read books that inspire me to write. I will literally read a few pages or chapters of a book, write for a while, read some more, write some more, and then watch Doctor Who.

5. What do you love most about literature?

Literature is lasting. It reaches individual people in unique ways, spanning generations. Good literature endures to be loved for ages.

6. What is your favorite color?

Burnt orange.

7. What is your favorite food?

Pizza.

8. What is your favorite type of music?

Epic music, movie soundtracks, classic rock, Celtic music, a smattering of Indie bands, I'm not too picky.

9. Chocolate or chips? (Sweet or salty?)

I interpreted that as chocolate or chips...as in french fries. My soul is British. Anyway...chocolate, every time. Unless you mean chips as in french fries, because then I would eat both at once.

 

10. How do you eat an Oreo?

If I'm eating one in public, I stuff that entire delicious cookie in my mouth at once, to avoid black crumbs getting all up in my grill. At home, I dip them in milk and eat them in three to four bites, rotating the cookie widdershins after each nibble.

1. What is your favorite thing to do besides read or write?  

Well, I jump between singing and team sports, unfortunately those teams sports aren't played here, like netball, rugby and European handball. (Yes, I did play violent sports. I had a lot of rage as a teen)

2. What is your favorite genre of literature, if you have one?

Hmm... I like anything as long as it has good strong characters... I hate Bella... But I can't read zombies, horror and thrillers.

3. Do you have a favorite book or series of books? If so what?

There was a book I read over and over in HS which I loved, but I can't remember it's name, only where it was located in the school library! But I do love 'The Fire of the Covenant', and a MG series called 'Horrible Histories' they just crack me up.

4. Which do you prefer, reading or writing?

Writing. I'm in my head all the time... it's quite bad actually.

5. What do you love most about literature?

MOST?? Geez... probably the escapism. I love getting away to another world.

6. What is your favorite color?

Purple, no blue, no purple, no... yes! Purple. Plum purple.

7. What is your favorite food?

Ice Cream!

8. What is your favorite type of music?

Club/Dance

9. Chocolate or chips? (Sweet or salty?)

Chocolate big time!

10. How do you eat an Oreo?

As fast as possible! Forget pulling it apart!
